Getting to know their wishes, ambitions and expertise is paramount. We talk dream scenarios and try to become familier with current challenges.
Get to know the clients field of business, the competetive landscape and common presumptions or prejudices thereof. This can include interviews, surveys, isolating target audience, finding action patterns and good old internetting.
We identify the heart of the challenge. We craft a concise brief that indicates what and which way to steer the creative solution. The brief is discussed with the client.
We tumble down the rabbit hole in search of the creative angle that perfectly coins the solution. We present the concept to the client, along with an outline of how to execute.
We figure out the feasibility, lay a plan for how to bring the concept to life and follow it. The client is kept in the loop.
We evaluate the response and make proper adjustments. The evaluation is done in cooporation with the client.
